1. UNWORN/ORIGINAL CONDITION: THE ITEM HAS NOT BEEN WORN, WASHED, ALTERED OR OR DAMAGED IN ANY WAY

HANG TAGS: ORGINAL TAGS ARE STILL ATTACHED.
3. 30 DAYS OR LESS: ITEM MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE DATE WE SHIPPED THE ITEM TO YOU, NOT THE ORDER DATE.

4. STANDARD PRICED ITEMS ONLY: CANNOT BE: SALE/CLEARANCE, SPECIAL ORDER, RUSH, CREDIT/GIFT CERTIFICATE PURCHASES, OR COSTUMES.

WHAT IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND, BUT CAN STILL BE RETURNED FOR A STORE CREDIT:
ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO BE REFUNDED, BUT CAN STILL GET A LIFETIME STORE CREDIT, IF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING APPLY:
1. TOO LONG AGO: IF IT HAS BEEN OVER 30 DAYS SINCE THE DATE WE SHIPPED THE ITEM TO YOU.
2. SALE/CLEARANCE/OR EBAY PURCHASES: YOU PURCHASED THE ITEM ON SALE OR CLEARANCE, OR A CLEARANCE/SALE CODE WAS USED, OR THE ITEM WAS PURCHASED ON EBAY.
3.
SPECIAL ORDER: EXTRA LONG/TALL, EXTRA SHORT/PETITE, OR ANY OTHER SPECIAL ALTERATION MADE TO THE STANDARD PATTERN.
4. RUSH PROCESSING: IF YOU PAID "RUSH FEES" TO HAVE YOUR ORDER PROCESSED & MADE QUICKER, IT WOULD BE CONSIDERED A SPECIAL ORDER.
(SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT CONSIDERED RUSH FEES. "SHIPPING CHARGES" & "RUSH FEES" ARE TWO DIFFERENT THINGS!)
5. CREDIT/GIFT CERTIFICATE: ORDERS PLACED USING A CREDIT CODE (SUCH AS, A PREVIOUS STORE CREDIT, GIFT CERTIFICATE, ETC).
6. PURCHASED ELSEWHERE: SANCTUARIE BRAND CLOTHING THAT WAS PURCHASED ELSEWHERE CAN ONLY BE EXCHANGED FOR THE SAME ITEM IN ANOTHER SIZE.

HALLOWEEN COSTUMES: HALLOWEEN COSTUMES CAN ONLY BE EXCHANGED, OR RETURNED FOR A STORE CREDIT LESS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE. NO REFUNDS ON COSTUMES.
STORE CREDITS HAVE NO TIME LIMIT, AND CAN BE USED ANY TIME IN THE FUTURE!

RESTOCKING FEES:
REFUNDS: REFUNDS ARE SUBJECT TO 10% RESTOCKING FEE.
SPECIAL ORDERS: STORE CREDITS ISSUED ON SPECIAL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO A 10% RESTOCKING FEE.
SALE/CLEARANCE: STORE CREDITS ISSUED ON SALE & CLEARANCE PURCHASES ARE SUBJECT TO A 5% RESTOCKING FEE.
EXCHANGES: EXCHANGES MADE AT TIME OF RETURN WILL HAVE RESTOCKING FEES & RE-SHIPPING CHARGES WAIVED!
SORRY, SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES, RUSH FEES, OR SPECIAL ORDER FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

SHIPPING ON EXCHANGES-
EXCHANGE SHIPPING IS FREE WITHIN THE USA!: AT SANCTUARIE, OUR USA CUSTOMERS CAN EXCHANGE YOUR RETURNED ITEMS FOR ANYTHING ELSE, FREE OF ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES OR RESTOCKING FEES, AS LONG AS EXCHANGE IS MADE AT THE TIME OF RETURN. CANADIAN CUSTOMERS WILL BE CHARGED A FLAT $10 RE-SHIPPING FEE & ALL OTHER INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS WILL BE CHARGED A FLAT $18 RE-SHIPPING FEE (FOR STANDARD MAIL).
