ORGINAL TAGS ARE STILL ATTACHED.
3. 30 DAYS OR LESS:
ITEM MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE DATE WE SHIPPED THE
ITEM TO YOU, NOT THE ORDER DATE.
4. STANDARD
ITEMS ONLY: CANNOT BE: SALE/CLEARANCE,
SPECIAL ORDER, RUSH, CREDIT/GIFT CERTIFICATE PURCHASES, HALLOWEEN
COSTUMES, OR ITEMS PURCHASED ELSEWHERE.

SINCE THE DATE WE SHIPPED THE ITEM TO YOU.
2. SALE/CLEARANCE:
YOU PURCHASED THE ITEM ON SALE OR CLEARANCE, OR A CLEARANCE/SALE
CODE WAS USED.
3. SPECIAL ORDER:
EXTRA LONG/TALL, EXTRA SHORT/PETITE, OR ANY OTHER SPECIAL
ALTERATION MADE TO THE STANDARD PATTERN.
4. RUSH PROCESSING:
IF YOU PAID "RUSH FEES" TO HAVE YOUR ORDER PROCESSED
& MADE QUICKER, I WOULD BE CONSIDERED A SPECIAL ORDER.
(SHIPPING OR DELIVERY FEES: CHARGES SUCH AS NEXT DAY AIR, EXPRESS
MAIL, ETC ARE NOT CONSIDERED RUSH FEES, SO DO NOT FALL INTO THE
SPECIAL ORDER CATEGORY. "RUSH" FEES
ARE DIFFERENT!)
5. CREDIT/GIFT
CERTIFICATE: ORDERS PLACED USING A
CREDIT CODE (SUCH AS, A PREVIOUS STORE CREDIT, GIFT CERTIFICATE,
ETC) YOU WILL GET CREDIT BACK TO THE SAME CODE YOU USED AT THE
TIME OF YOUR PURCHASE.
6. PURCHASED ELSEWHERE:
SANCTUARIE BRAND CLOTHING THAT WAS PURCHASED ELSEWHERE CAN EITHER
BE
EXCHANGED, OR CAN BE ISSUED A STORE CREDIT FOR THE LESSER OF
EITHER:
A. OUR LAST CURRENT PRICE ON THE ITEM, OR B. THE PRICE IT WAS
PURCHASED AT (MUST SHOW PROOF OF PURCHASE).
7. HALLOWEEN COSTUMES:
CUSTOMIZABLE HALLOWEEN COSTUMES CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR A REFUND,
THEY CAN BE EXCHANGED, OR RETURNED FOR A STORE CREDIT LESS A 10%
RESTOCKING FEE.
8. ITEMS MUST STILL BE UNWORN, UNALTERED
& NOT DAMAGED IN ANY WAY.
